Special Transportation Services

Special Transportation Services provides an important role to individuals in need- which is to sustain their overall health and treatments while maintaining as independent lifestyle as possible and means of transportation.

Pathways to Achievement- STS Drivers and Staff are trained to assist and meet your needs to ensure a safe trip to your appointment. Basic means of transportation are ill equipped to meet the overall needs of the individuals that are the best candidates for Special Transportation and would benefit the most from this service.

Scheduling is convenient and the people that will use STS will no longer have to depend on others schedules in order to make the necessary hospital visits and appointments. In the same respect, individuals accessing the services we provide will no longer have to depend on family members or loved ones for transportation. 

Home Health

We have the most comprehensive skilled Home Care and support services, which includes Special Transportation Services, in the area.  Ranging from skilled Pediatric, Adult and Elder care Nursing, Therapy & Support Services.  We have available in-depth care and services from experienced clinicians and care givers within each discipline and profession.  

Additional services are available to see through and ensure that any environmental changes or adaptive needs are met.  We have a licensed contracting building crew that will do the Home modifications if needed and agreed upon- between our Assistive Technology practitioner and you and your Case Management Team.

Special Transportation is an invaluable component of our agency and the overall community.  Let our direct care  experienced Drivers transport and ensure that you and/or your Loved one safely makes it on time to your medical or dental appointments.
